Vonage has this so called Money Back Guarantee, when you signed up with Vonage they will charge you an initial fee for signing up and together with that they will tell you that you have a 30 days money back guarantee and the promotion that you will be getting.
When will my Money Back Guarantee starts? It's started on the day that you sign up, if you called and sign up, the very minute they charge your credit card, you checking account or your debit card that is when you already have Vonage service.
